Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For All Users:
Download the Africa Online Stores mobile app from Play Store or App Store,
or visit
our website. On the login page, click “Don’t have an account? Sign up.” Fill in your
details, choose your user type (Buyer or Vendor), agree to the terms, and
click Sign Up.
To log in, you must have an account. Enter your registered email and
password on the login page and click Login.
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your email, and follow
the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Go to Account Settings, select “Delete Account,” and follow the
instructions. All personal data will be removed.

For Vendors:
Go to “Products,” click “Create New,” fill in product details including
photos, description, and price, then save.
Go to “Stock Intake” and click “Create New.” Fill in the product details,
quantity, and valuation rate (optional). Use “Add Another Entry” if you
need to add multiple products. Once done, save and submit the form to
update the stock levels. If stock is not added for products with “Maintain
Stock” enabled, buyers will see those items marked as “Out of Stock.”
Go to “Sales Orders” to view all orders from buyers. You can find their
contact details and complete the sale outside the app.
Click the “Deliver” button on a Sales Order (mobile app) or “Create
Delivery Note” on web. This updates stock quantities to reflect the
delivery.
After creating a Delivery Note, click the “Bill” button to generate a Sales
Invoice. This completes the transaction in the system.
For Buyers:
Browse for the products you want and view their details on the product
detail page. From there, you can either contact the vendor directly to
place an order, or add the items to your cart, provide your address, and
complete the order through checkout.
On the product detail page, click the “Action” button and select “Report
Product.” Choose a reason, add details, and submit. Our team will review
it.
On the product detail page, click the “Action” button and select “Review
Product.” Add a rating and comment, then submit.
