Delete Account

At Africa Online Stores, we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the mobile app:

• Open the app and tap the Profile icon in the top right corner.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• A confirmation prompt will appear. To proceed, enter your account password and confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data (such as name, email, phone number, address, and optional uploaded content) will be permanently deleted from our active systems. This action cannot be undone.

2. Delete Your Account by Email Request

Alternatively, you may request account deletion by emailing us at: kalutudaniel@gmail.com .

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify and process your request.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems. Certain records (such as logs or data required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance) may be retained for a limited period not exceeding 12 months. After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted.
